Puré de legumes – Sugestão prática para incluir os legumes na sua refeição
INGREDIENTES
– 1 Rodela (aproximadamente 35g) de batata doce cozida
– 200g de couve-flor cozida
– 1 colher de sopa de linhaça dourada moída
– Sal q.b.
– Pimenta preta q.b.
– 1 Colher de sopa de azeite
– Amêndoas descascadas (para empratar)
PROCEDIMENTO
1 – Se os legumes já tiverem cozidos, basta triturá-los.
2 – Temperar a mistura com sal e pimenta preta e colocá-la na frigideira com 1 colher de sopa de azeite virgem.
3 – Mexer até o puré estar à temperatura desejada para consumir (aproximadamente 5 minutos).
4 – Por fim colocar por cima a linhaça e as amêndoas.
